And the countdown begins in three . . .

We're almost there. It's almost time. Join us on May 19, 2014 as we celebrate the launch of the newest release, Book 3 in the Love Under Construction series, Renovating a Heart!

It's followed by a blog tour, of course, and all brought to you by Drue's Random Chatter, my awesome promotional partners. Come along, have some fun, and read the amazing reviews. And don't forget to enter the drawing. What am I giving away? Well, other than books (of course), I'm definitely giving away a

Kindle Paperwhite!

Enter to win! (And I hope you do.)

In other news, between 4:30 p.m. on May 14 and 2:00 a.m. on May 16, I wrote over 24,000 word in the new/last volume of the series, Book 4. Planning an Addition will be coming out in October or November of 2014. It's the last volume in the Love Under Construction series, but you'll be able to keep up with your favorite characters in the spin-off novella series, the Citadel series. Those three volumes will get you closer to Doug, Jared, and Wendy, employees of Citadel Security whom you've met over the course of the original series, but you'll still hear from Tony, Vic, Laura, and everyone else you've come to know and love. Will you hear from Nikki? If you read Renovating a Heart, you'll know why I ask that question. And if I keep writing 12,000 words per day, you might see the new series sooner than we think!

Keep reading. There's always something new. There's a new Harper's Cove coming soon, so be on the lookout. Happy reading!

I need a seatbelt

I did it again yesterday. I wrote 12,282 words in the next Love Under Construction series book, Planning an Addition. This will be the last one in the original series. I'm loving what's going on in the book so far. One character you've come to love has to make a decision that will change his moral viewpoint forever. Another has to do something that will make some of you cry and others smile, depending on your personal preference. And two more face a monster that might just be unconquerable, even though their love for each other is as strong or stronger than it's ever been. Into the mix will be thrown five small, innocent lives whose foundations have been ripped out from under them; they're depending on the adults in the group to do the right thing, and that's going to be challenging, but maybe not as challenging as it originally seems. To top it off, a scoundrel comes crawling on his knees with his hat in his hands; wonder if that's going to work out for him?

Guess you'll just have to read it to find out. It'll be out in late October or early November, and already it's setting the stage for the Citadel series, a novella series following the end of the LUC series that will follow six characters we've met in earlier books. So hang on - there's more coming.

Today I'll work on the next Harper's Cove novella, which is about forty percent written. It's going to be another quick, fun read that takes you back to the neighborhood where you've already met Karen, Brett, Becca, Greg, Donna, and Connor. You'll have to wait until it comes out to find out who won the naming competition. I can barely stand it!

And remember: Renovating a Heart goes live on Monday, May 19th. Join us for the release blitz and blog tour, and remember to enter the drawing for a

Kindle Paperwhite!

Yeah, that's big. So good luck!
